La Perle de Desmirail is a white wine with a very limited production of 3,000 bottles, made from 3 Médoc grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Cabernet-Franc, vinified and aged with great care by the Château DESMIRAIL team, in 500-liter oak barrels.
This brilliantly sparkling wine, the latest addition to the estate's range of wines, takes its name from the pearl it reflects.
This new production, with its delicate fruitiness, combines peach and floral aromas in a complex bouquet. On the palate, you'll appreciate its length and freshness.
It goes equally well as an aperitif with cheese and charcuterie, as it does with white meats (veal, Milanese escalopes, etc.) or shellfish and cooked white fish.
